What I'm Loving Wednesday

Today, I am linking up with WILW & the All You Need is Love blog swap =)

Link up HERE

I'm Loving... that it's HUMP DAY! We are half-way thru the week :) I am so looking forward to this weekend.

I'm Loving... that Matt & I have decided to get married in March of 2012. Now I just need to find a wedding venue & set the final date. Then the wedding planning will begin =\ haha
I just LOVE these moss covered letters & these are our initials :)

I'm Loving... that we are planning on visiting another church this Sunday. It really is so exciting for me, especially after last weekend's successful church visit.

I'm Loving... studying at Barnes & Noble. Yes, I am a bit obsessed! It's such a great place to study though. I have starbucks coffe & banana walnut muffins right at my fingertips. AND when I need a study break, there is a million and one things for me to look at.

I'm Loving... dreaming about owning a Nook Color. I want one soo bad! They just look so neat :) Does anyone else have one of these? Thoughts/advice wanted.

I'm Loving... my oh so WONDERFUL hunny! I'm so thankful to have such a supportive man in my life.

Weekend Update

Linking up with Carissa @ Lowercase Letters for Miscellany Monday

Hey y'all! Did everyone have a fabulous weekend? I sure hope so :)

My hunny & I had a great weekend, just sad that's it is already over.

Friday night- It was rainy & super cold, so we stayed decided to stay in. We got pizza delivered and caught up on our tv shows from the past week that we had recorded.

Saturday- That morning, I cooked us a yummy brunch, did some laundry, and watched tv. That afternoon, I had the great idea of going to Barnes & Noble. I'm a big nerd, so bookstores really excite me ;) I thought it would be fun to hang out in the cafe, drink some Starbucks coffee, and do some research. (More on that later this week) My hunny was not as thrilled about the idea as I was. He's a sweetie though and went with me anyhow. It turned out to be such a nice time! & He did have a good time, even if he didn't want to admit it haha. I will have to say though, I never knew sooo many people went to B&N on Saturdays. We seriously had to stalk  circle the tables like twenty times before we found a place to sit. I guess someone finally got tired of us staring at them. :)

Sunday- Yesterday turned out to be the best day of the weekend! One of Matt's co-workers invited us to go to church with him & his wife, so we decided what the heck..let's give it a shot. It was such a great experience! We really enjoyed the service... their band was AWESOME. Everyone was so friendly there, and they have tons of things to get involved with. This church will definitely be a contender on our quest for a church home. Last night, the same couple we went to church with came over to our place to watch the Super Bowl. It was so nice having company over and making new friends. None of us are big NFL fans, so after the first quarter, the guys actually ended up playing on the Wii. I feel so blessed that God is helping us make new friends here in SC!

Well guys, I'm off to study my life away before going to work. I have two big tests this week... ughhh. At least I have PLL and the Bachelor to look forward to tonight. Have a great Monday!

Friday Randoms

Warning: This post is very random. Good luck trying to keep up :)

As most of y'all know, I started my new job as a nanny this week. It has been such a wonderful experience, and I know I am going to continue to love it. It has actually been a very easy first week. The youngest got sick with the flu yesterday morning =\ poor thing... so I only had to watch the other two for a couple of hours after they got home from school. I wanted to get them out of the house, so we went to the library & chik-fil-a for a snack. We will likely be doing something similar this afternoon since the youngest is still running a fever. I sure hope she gets to feeling better soon! I also hope that the other two kiddos don't get sick (me either, for that matter).

I am so looking forward to spending a relaxing weekend with my hunny. It's supposed to rain all weekend, so I foresee lots of movie watching, cuddling, and book reading. We are also considering visiting a local church this Sunday. There are so many churches around here and lots of different dominations to choose from. I figure Matt and I can start visiting a different church every Sunday until we find one that's perfect for us. Matt grew up attending Methodist and Baptist churches, and I have attended the same Episcopal church my entire life. We both want to check out churches around here that are these dominations as well as probably a Lutheran church. We really do not know much about Lutheran churches. There are TONS of Lutheran churches around here, and hardly any where we are from. We have heard that it's similar to Episcopal, so we want to check it out. If anyone knows anymore about it, I would love to hear from you. Hopefully, we will find a church that we fall in love with. We are hoping to find a more contemporary service, a congregation that includes younger couples, and a church that has programs for people in their 20's... like a Bible Study group.

Moving on to my next random thought, I am currently reading the book Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen. I am on Chapter 6 and still having a hard time getting into it. Has anyone else read this? Since this book is being made into a movie, I thought I would read it before it came out. I love watching movies and seeing how different they are from the actual book. I will have to say typically the book is much better! I'll let y'all know what I think once I finish it.

Miss Tiffani from Lifes-A-Blog passed on the Stylish Blogger Award to me this week! Thanks so much for thinking of me :) All of my followers really brighten my day!

What are your plans for the weekend? Whatever it is, y'all have a FANTASTIC weekend!
